Meet Justin J. Little

BIOGRAPHY

Justin Little is a nationally recognized mental health expert, advocate, podcast host, and speaker, certified in Psychological First Aid through Johns Hopkins University. As the creator and host of The Mental Wealth Podcast—a show heard in over 50 countries—Justin leads powerful conversations on modern mental health, healing, and wellness.

 

He has delivered impactful talks across the country, sharing stages with thought leaders such as Shaun King, Dr. Jay Barnett, Michelle Williams, Carson Daly, and more. In recognition of his work, Justin was invited to the White House in 2022 to meet President Joe Biden and Sir Elton John. He was also featured as a panelist at Charlamagne Tha God’s 2023 Mental Wealth Expo, sponsored by iHeartRadio.

 

In 2023, Justin delivered his first TEDx Talk, centering the conversation on Black men and mental health. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Lee Thompson Young Foundation, which advocates for youth mental health and suicide prevention in schools. He also works full-time as the Manager of Social Media & Content at Black Men Heal, a national nonprofit dedicated to eliminating barriers to mental health care for men of color.

 

Justin has collaborated with major organizations and brands including iHeartMedia, BetterHelp, the National Urban League, One Mind, and Pharrell’s Team Yellow, among others.
